At Nothing But Air Solutions, we stand behind the quality and performance of every Fan Filter Unit and Laminar Flow Hood we sell. Each unit is inspected, particle-tested, and backed by our warranty so you can buy with confidence.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Units must be in unused condition and returned in the original packaging (or equivalent freight-safe packaging).

• A Return Authorization must be obtained from us before shipping a unit back. Returns received without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

• Scratch & Dent units (final sale, no returns)

• Custom or modified orders

• Any unit not returned in original condition

 

 

Refunds

 

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for both the original outbound freight and return freight charges.

 

 

Warranty vs. Returns

 

Our 2-year mechanical/electrical warranty and 1-year HEPA filter warranty cover operational performance. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns. If a unit is found defective under warranty, we will repair or replace it according to our warranty terms.
